In Spring 2025, the UK Labour Party announced £5 billion savings by making cuts to welfare. Personal Independent Payment (PIP), Universal Credit and Carers benefits would all be impacted. This would have a devastating effect on the lives of millions of disabled people. Making working impossible for some and pushing people most severely ill into a poverty trap.
We set up the Cuts Cuts Cuts Campaign in response. Download our zine for free here bringing poetry, art, music and news on the issue to you.

An original poem by K Maguire published in ME Action's Severe ME Artists Project. The project brings attention to the 1 in 4 ME and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome patients on the severe end of the spectrum. House, often bedbound and severely ill with sparse treatment options for years and decades.
